Ranking Networks Terms
and Conditions: Within five (5) business days of ordering N2it will have begun the content and backlinks build out on all websites within members' Network. N2it will publish clickable links to members' entire package of backlinks on members' secured subdomain (e.g., YourId.seo2rank.net) which is updated weekly. Backlinks will be posted no sooner than 1 backlink per business day to permit a natural backlink profile. All content production and design necessary for members' on page optimization of members' own website is the sole responsibility of the members, unless members have separately ordered N2it's keyword research and on-page optimization services. Additional fees apply for changes to keywords and/or changes in distribution of backlinks on N2it's Dedicated High PR Webpages. N2it will not add more than 33 out-bound links on any of its High PR Network homepages. The number of out-bound links on the site-wide blogs vary according to links within the various RSS feeds of the blogs at any given time. Page Rank (PR) is the numerical value assigned by Google to every webpage in its index. PR is transfered through backlinks at a rate and percentage relevant the the PR of the webpage hosting the backlink, and the number of backlinks the hosting webpage maintains. Reported PR is updated by Google approximately once a quarter. However, effective PR is transfered closer to real time based on the backlinks Google has calculated the last time Google crawled each website in its index, which occurs at intervals much more frequent than it's quarterly published PR reports. N2it's dedicated high PR webpages are calculated, relied and used on a real-time basis. The websites in all N2it are the property of N2it. Member fees are for backlinks on those sites only, and members do not gain any ownership interest in any N2it website assets through their participation in the Networks. Both members and N2it may cancel the membership at any time for any reason, or no reason at all, without liability to the party canceling. If, for any reason, a member's pre-authorized, reoccurring payment is not honored through N2it's payment processor, N2it reserves the right to remove the member's backlinks and reemploy them to paying members, or wait listed members. Failure to re-employ backlinks is not a waiver to do the same at any time at the discretion of N2it. A reinstatement fee of $25 will apply to any pre-authorized monthly reoccurring payment decline as liquidated damages to cover the reasonable cost for reinstatement. Membership in N2it is terminated upon a member's payment decline. N2it has the sole discretion to reinstate membership, or offer the membership to another party on its waiting list. at any time subsequent to the payment decline. N2it's money back guarantee: if for any reason, a member decides that the N2it backlinks is no longer desired members may cancel the membership within 60 days of their original purchase order and N2it will issue a prompt refund. Money back guarantee does not apply to members who, after trying and approving of N2it Ranking Networks, order multiple memberships for more than one website and/or keyword group. Note: the cancellation of our money back policy for multiple membership users is to avoid our experience of abuse of some members in ordering several ranking networks, ranking profitable websites and flipping them within the money back period of 60 days, and then canceling the membership and seeking refunds not based on any lack of ranking results. N2it does not accept duplicative keywords. N2it will not permit its members to compete against each other using N2it ranking resources. If a keyword is already in use by an N2it member, a new member may select other keyword or receive a prompt refund at the member's option. Due to restrictions and complications imposed by Google, no websites with sexually explicitly content, gambling related content, nor pharmaceutical related content, broadly defined by N2it, is acceptable for membership. All other websites may be rejected at the sole discretion of N2it. Damages under this agreement is limited to membership fees paid. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will have as its geographical jurisdiction, the County of Arlington, Virginia. This agreement is the entire agreement of the parties. Any oral or written evidence in contradiction to this agreement is not admissible. Search engine ranking criteria is in a constant flux of development. N2it does not and cannot guarantee ranking position. Your ranking position is determined by, in addition to on-page optimization and the quality and diversity of backlinks to your website, the quality of content on your website and website age vis-a-vis your ranking competition. N2it backlink memberships do not include general seo consultations, and does not include other seo and/or internet marketing consultations. |
