Private N2it Media High PR Network Terms & Conditions

Each private network set consists of 7 websites: 1 PR 5s, 2 PR 4s, and 4 PR 3s. You will provide the keyword/url combinations you desire for backlinks on your network. There is no maximum, however link juice will be divided among all keywords submitted.
The entire network will be completed within 60 days (if you order a two month roll out) or 30 days (if you order a one month roll out). Network websites will not be released in a ad hoc, one by one manner, because of the necessit of diversification of backlinks and low backlink profile throughout network websites. A competent backlink profile requires backlinks by network websites, mirrored back on other network websites in mathematically diversified manner. Therefore, all network websites must be completed, and intralinked before released online.
Page Rank (PR) is the numerical value assigned by Google to every webpage in its index. PR is transfered through backlinks at a rate and percentage relevant the the PR of the webpage hosting the backlink, and the number of backlinks the hosting webpage maintains. Reported PR is updated by Google approximately once a quarter. However, effective PR link juice for ranking is calculated closer to real time based on the last time Google crawled each website in its index, which occurs at intervals much more frequent than it's quarterly published PR reports. N2it Media network webpage PR link juice is calculated and relied upon on a real-time basis (active, current backlinks). Network websites are aquired with sufficient PR reporting, and are supported by the top tier network website through downlinks. Google's reported PR has become extremely erratic recently, and PR fluctuations on newly reindexed network websites should be expected to flucuate erratically up to one quarter. However effecitve PR established by the top tier network website will provide real-time link juice to all network websites on a Google crawl basis (as opposed to a Google PR reporting basis).
Private network members will remain in the network for 1 year after their network has been build out. Thereafter, private network members may resign from the network with one month's notice. If a member resigns in violation of these terms & conditions, N2it Media will retain ownership of websites as damages equal in number and value to the percent of time of early withdrawal left on the 1 year seo hosting term. For instance, all high PR websites in a member network will be transfered to that member who leaves after their 1 year seo hosting term with notice. However, a member who resigns after one half of their 1 year seo hosting + network maintenance term, will only be entitled to the transfer of half of the websites in their network, equally split according to their PR value.
If, for any reason, a private network member's pre-authorized, reoccurring payment is not honored through N2it Media's payment processor, the member will cure that defect without delay. If no such cure is forthcoming, N2it Media shall maintain that member's backlinks in the network, and offset membership fees by the value of that member's network websites. If after the value of a member's websites has been exhausted, N2it Media reserves the right to remove the member's backlinks and reemploy that network websites to paying members, or wait listed members. Failure to re-employ backlinks is not a waiver to do the same at any time at the discretion of N2it Media.
A reinstatement fee of $25 will apply to any pre-authorized monthly reoccurring payment decline as liquidated damages to cover the reasonable administrative cost for reinstatement.
N2it Media will not accept duplicative keywords. N2it Media will not permit its members to compete against each other using N2it Media ranking resources. If a keyword is already in use by an N2it Media member, a new member may select another keyword or receive a prompt refund at the member's option. Fees apply for changes to keywords and/or urls to be backlinked. Due to restrictions and complications imposed by Google, no websites with sexually explicitly content, gambling related content, nor pharmaceutical related content, broadly defined by N2it Media, is acceptable for membership. All other websites of insufficient quality may be rejected at the sole discretion of N2it Media. Interested parties may email their website's url for a quality review prior to ordering if they are concerned about their website's qualifying. A website of insufficient quality will be returned with specific remedies so as to permit inclusion after those quality issues have been addressed, if at all possible. Damages under this agreement is limited to membership fees paid. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will have as its geographical jurisdiction, the County of Arlington, Virginia. This agreement is the entire agreement of the parties. Any oral or written evidence in contradiction to this agreement is not admissible.
Search engine ranking criteria is in a constant flux of development. N2it Media does not and cannot guarantee ranking position. Your ranking position is determined by, in addition to on-page optimization and the quality and diversity of backlinks to your website, the quality of content on your website and website age vis-a-vis your ranking competition.
N2it Media backlink memberships do not include general seo consultations, and does not include other seo and/or internet marketing consultations.
